Join the Women and Under-represented Minorities SIG

Purpose

The overarching mandate will be to increase the number of women and other under-represented minorities in the field of stem cell transplantation and cellular therapy/immunotherapy.

Our initial goals are to increase the numbers of women and under-represented minorities in leadership positions and meeting presenters by 20% each year, recruit women and under-represented minorities starting at the resident/fellow level and launch a formal assigned mentoring program for early and mid-level investigators, to meet at Tandem and quarterly over FaceTime
